The platforms and applications listed are my personal recommendations. These are tried and tested systems that I’ve used to manage multiple businesses, and I highly recommend them. 

You’ll most likely need to invest a week or two to set up everything. The platforms and applications listed in this step are pretty robust. Although they’re straightforward and easy to use, it takes time to figure out where everything is. 

You will also need about $100/mo in total for the systems listed below. You can make it work on a lower budget, but to fully take advantage of all the automations in this guide, the basic paid versions of each of the apps (except for Slack) are recommended.
